All of these feelings have been part of me at one point or another

Becoming a mother is the most wonderful experience that has ever happened to me however there was a period of adjustment where I had to figure out who the new me was….

There was lots of thoughts around “being a mom is all you need” and while that is absolutely valid, there was also this whisper within me that knew that what my children were teaching me would be part of the grand plan for me to BECOME my most authentic self

And while this all sounds easy as I just hit some keys on a keyboard, the internal growth, the weeding, sowing and fertilizing took years

Somehow it is engrained in our society that if women want more out of life they are being greedy, ungrateful and should only focus on whatever benefits the collective

BUT

what if there is more in us to give?

What if our experience in motherhood is the key that unlocks what was already within us right under the surface, patiently waiting for the perspective, grit and unconditional love that only a mother can give

because to bear children it takes absolutely everything inside and outside of us

It is a transformation

The transformation that I never saw coming and the transformation that I would not change for anything in this world

for it brought me closer to who I truly am, the divine essence within me and awoke the fiery desire to help other woman find it within themselves

because when a woman gets a taste of her inner power - truly there isn’t anything that can stop, that is as long as SHE REMEMBERS THE FEELING

see that moment gets tattooed in our hearts and it becomes a renewable source of energy that we can keep coming back to and realigning to

the most amazing thing is that we cannot only go back in time with our feelings but also travel to the future with them

I’ll explain

neurologically our brains cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination producing the same cocktails of chemicals aka emotions as if the even were happening in that exact moment

so in a sense we can condition our bodies and brains to live in the past OR remember the future!

After studying metaphysics, natural law, quantum physics, self development and cardiac neurology (heart wisdom) for YEARS

I began creating courses first for the youth because I could not and still cannot get the thought of my head of “what would this world look like if the next generation grew up with this wisdom readily available?”

one of the most disheartening experiences was at a summer program where I offered a workshop for the students to design their ideal best day ever. SO curious on what they had came up with, I rushed to my car to read their responses only to find that 85% of them wanted to be in front of some screens for MOST of the day

So much anger arouse in me, it burned

of course not angry at them but angry at society and all levels in between for stealing the children’s childhood

AND it was this anger the light a fire under my hiney to do whatever it took to make a change at least in one child. Children have been my number 1 priority, after this experience I prayed many times: what can I do? how can I help?

and the answer was always: Start with the parents

After sharing this work with hundreds now I can tell you this:

There is only one YOU in this world, you are part of the grand puzzle of life AND your unique experience and view of life is needed for the highest good of all. When you live life in your highest expression we ALL benefit, it is a service to humanity, it is the Creators’ greatest joy because when you are fulfilled in purpose, in love in awe of life, the way that YOU show up creates a ripple effect.
